Street Lamp Stands Watch Over Old Covington Landing –
For many years the Covington Landing was the home of popular dining spot, The Mike Fink. A floating memorial to a bygone era, the riverboat restaurant, known for its seafood and upscale dining, closed 10 years ago after a 40 year run. All that remains are the steal peers where the vessel built in 1936 resided, and of course, this street lamp. Good evening from Murphy-Cam!
