The Lakeside Parlor Project is a series of images focused on pieces of congregational history. Some older, some newer, but all tell a story about who we are, where we come from, and where we are going. Each image invites you to ask a question. What is happening? Where did it come from? Where is it? Most importantly, I hope they are a catalyst for dialogue.
If you ever find your way to Lakeside Presbyterian Church, stop by, ask questions, and have a cup of coffee. If you are a regular, these may be items you have passed by many times without stopping to notice.
Wherever you are in the world, or in your frame of mind, take a moment to stop and notice those people and things that surround you. Share a moment of gratitude for them, take a deep breath, and smile. You’ll be glad you did.
