The snake shaped flood wall features steps leading down to the Ohio River and is located in Yeatman’s Cove Park. Always amazing, the Cincinnati Parks Department creates works of botanical art on the Cincinnati riverfront. These flowers before the bridge, are but one example of their handy work.
