Expanded Wetlands – I chose to present these in monochrome. It added a timeless quality to mostly submerged park benches. Water fowl seem to be enjoying the expanded wetlands, and Murphy seems eager to greet them. I noticed an increase in spectators taking pictures and enjoying the flood.
