The Holiday’s have come and gone, and it’s finally beginning to look a lot like Christmas. It was a Blustery Day on the River, and Murphy spent most of our walk sticking his snout deep in the snow. What he was after I never found out, nor did he, as far as I could tell.

Once Murphy found a friend I have named Fauntleroy. It is a small gray field mouse. The look of exhilaration is comical when Murphy frantically sniffs for his buddy, who scurries away when Murph catches his sent. I can only imagine the adventures they would have should I release the leash. Though, I suspect Fauntleroy would have the shorter end of the stick. Well, that concludes our little adventure for today. Stay tuned next time for the further adventures of Murphy and Fauntleroy. Until then, Happy Murphy-Cam!
